How do I participate?
Signing-up is free, fast and easy. All you have to do to activate your free filter is register and upload or fax any unwanted faxes you receive. Once you subscribe we will mail you a complementary reminder decal that you can place on or near your fax machine to remind everyone in your office to help stop junk faxes by faxing them to us toll-free.
You can fax us toll-free at 1-866-915-6117. Sending your unwanted faxes helps us improve the chances of blocking them. FaxBackBenefits does not send faxes; we simply try to defend your fax machine. We never sell, rent or distribute any of your information. Any fax broadcasts sent to your registered fax number through a participating FaxBackBenefits broadcast company will be filtered once you enroll. There's nothing to loose, except those unwanted faxes.
How Do I Sign-up?
Signing-up is free, fast and easy. The only piece of information required is your fax number. We never disclose this information to anyone. You may optionally provide us with your contact information if you wish to receive our newsletter. Don't forget to upload your unwanted faxes. Sending your faxes to us helps us improve the chances of blocking them.
Is FaxBackBenefits.com sending me these unwanted faxes?:
No. We're the people trying to stop them. We are affiliated with broadcast carriers; however our affiliates respect your wishes. Once you’re registered our partners will never be able to fax broadcast you again. FaxBackBenefits does not sell, rent, distribute or share your personal information. Your contact information is safe with us. Fax Broadcasting agencies use our system to "filter" people who simply don’t want junk faxes anymore. Every time a participating broadcast company sends a broadcast on behalf of their client they first ask us if they can send to each recipient on the list. FaxBackBenefits then tells the participating broadcast agency if the destination fax number is subscribed to our free fax filter service or not. Our response does not give them permission to fax, just simply what you the subscriber have asked them to do (not fax you).
What do you do with my information?

Why are you asking for donations?:
We hope we bring you a benefit. We believe our filter service should be free. We believe we should spread the word (tell your friends) through adverting (that costs money). We want to improve our service and create new tools for you to use. If you can, please donate, we will put every donation of any size to good use for this cause.
How do I report unwanted faxes?:
Easy. You can simply fax them back to us toll-free at 1-866-915-6117. We prefer if you flip the page around so the time and date of the original fax is poking out of the top of your fax machine (opposite direction then your normally would send a fax, just be careful not to flip it upside down; we'll get a blank page, if you forget its ok.) The second option is to upload us an image of the fax (typical if you use an electronic fax service), you can do this on many pages of our website where you see the upload box. Simply click browse, find the file and click upload. You can also forward emails with fax file attachments to us at reportfax@faxbackbenefits.com. All of these methods are free. If you remember reporting a fax and receive a duplicate there is no need to refax it to us, we're already working on it. If you forget and resubmit it, that’s ok too. We understand its a lot to keep track of.
People say by subscribing I'm giving permission to fax me more. What does FBB do with my fax number?:
Not true at all. In fact by subscribing your telling participating fax broadcasters that you do not want to receive faxes from them. FaxBackBenefits.com and our partners will never contact you using fax.
Why do I have to fax or upload my unwanted faxes?:
FaxBackBenfits.com's partners will never fax you once you have subscribed. We use your reported unwanted faxes to identify fax broadcasters who are not faxing with a responsible broadcast carrier.
I reported an unwanted fax and I still receive them occasionally, why?:
FaxBackBenfits.com's Free Internet Fax Filter service does not guarantee that you will never receive the same fax again. After all, our partners are not sending it to you in the first place. Be patient, once you have reported it you can be sure we're doing everything to stop the fax from reaching your machine again. There is no need to report the unwanted fax again; we're already doing our best as we promised.
I subscribed. Some of the unwanted faxes stopped, but now I can't received desired faxes, why?:
You are not receiving wanted faxes because you have asked our partners not to fax you. In the near future FaxBackBenefits will provide you with greater control to allow certain companies to contact you by fax. The FaxBackBenefits.com filter will not affect faxes sent from a normal fax machine. If you’re missing a critical piece of information as the sender to send it manually using their fax machine or desktop fax service or software. These transmissions will be omitted from the filter service.
